About
MP3 Compilation Creator
MP3 Compilation Creator is the fastest and easiest-to-use
MP3 playlist manager available for Windows!
MP3 Compilation Creator is very useful and simple
program which lets you easily browse, find and play
MP3 files and playlists stored on your computer, create
and manage your playlists, edit ID3 tags, and create
MP3 compilations ready for burning on CD/DVD.
What makes this program different from other MP3 players
and playlist managers?
The user interface is extremely simple and intuitive.
There are no unnecessary options, buttons and graphical
details. Everything is visible and available in main
window.
You can browse and search all MP3s stored on
your computer easily and quickly.
You can create MP3 playlist by dragging MP3/M3U/PLS
files and folders from Browser to Playlist section,
and arrange the desired track order.
You can play MP3s and folders directly from Browser.
You don't have to add MP3s to Playlist if you want to
play them!
You can create an MP3 compilation from playlist
with a simple click on a button! The created compilation
is ready for burning on CD/DVD, and the playlist's play
order is preserved!
You can export MP3 files, playlists and folders
to a text or html file.
You can edit ID3 tags in the Browser, Playlist
or Player.
The program has useful options which are missing
in other programs, like moving selected item(s) to the
top or bottom of the Playlist, grouping selected items
together, adding selected item(s) in Browser to desired
position in Playlist, quick viewing playlist content
by double-clicking the playlist file in Browser etc.
If you want to listen to your MP3s in your car or on your
home stereo, you have to burn an audio-CD or MP3-CD/DVD,
and then put it in your MP3/CD/DVD player. Burning an
audio-CD can be done very easily and quickly with any
CD/DVD burning software (e.g. Nero). For example, Nero
allows you to drag your M3U playlist from file browser
onto audio-compilation window. The MP3 files from the
playlist are automatically converted to wave format, and
songs are ordered exactly as in your playlist. After dragging
a playlist, you can burn your audio-CD with a simple click
on a button.
Making an MP3-CD/DVD is much better solution because
you can burn 150 songs on one CD or 1000 songs on one
DVD. But, compiling an MP3-CD/DVD can be really
frustrating and longlasting task if you use standard CD/DVD
burning software like Nero, because you cannot import
or drag M3U playlist onto MP3-compilation, like when you
make an audio-CD. The only way is to add MP3s one by one
to your MP3-compilation from file browser. Suppose you
have M3U playlist with 140 songs which are located on
your hard disk in various folders, and you want to burn
these songs onto a CD in same order as they exist in the
playlist. First, you open your burning software (e.g.
Nero), then you select to create a new MP3 CD (or a Data
CD, if you use an older version). Since the playlist contains
songs from various folders, you have to open the playlist
in Notepad to see the file name and file path of each
song (unless you know by heart where each MP3 is located
on your hard disc). You should arrange Notepad and Nero
window side by side, so they are both visible. Then, you
read the file name/path of the first song in the Notepad
window. Then you switch to Nero, locate in file browser
the first MP3 file, and add it to the compilation. Then
you switch to Notepad, see a file name/path of the next
mp3 song, then you switch to Nero, locate that mp3 in
browser and add it to the compilation etc. You must repeat
this procedure for each file (140 times!). It will take
you at least a half of hour! The worst is that you cannot
order songs in the compilation the way you want because
the Windows file system always sorts songs alphabetically,
so if you want songs to be burned and played on CD in
desired order you must rename each file in compilation
by prefixing file names with numbers (001, 002...). It
may take a whole day until you finish making your MP3-compilation
properly, especially if you're making a compilation for
a DVD!
Fortunately, here is the MP3 Compilation Creator
which does all that automatically! With MP3 Compilation
Creator creating an MP3 compilation is really fast
and easy! All you have to do is: open the MP3 Compilation
Creator, create or open your m3u playlist, and then click
on "Create Comp", and you are done!!! Your compilation
will be automatically created in desired folder. Now you
need to open your favourite CD burning software, and burn
that folder onto your CD! That's it! It couldn't be easier!
The songs will be burned and played on your CD in exact
order as in your M3U playlist! After burning you can delete
the compilation's folder on your hard disk.
The user interface is simple and intuitive, allowing
you to perform actions fast and efficient. Everything
is visible in main window. There are no unnecessary
commands, options, or graphical details, so you don't
have to be a computer wizard to know how to use the
program!
The main window is divided into 3 sections: MP3 Browser,
MP3 Playlist and MP3 Player. On the left
side is MP3 Browser, where you can browse/search mp3
files and playlists stored on your computer. On the
right side is MP3 Playlist. You can drag mp3/m3u/pls
files and folders from Browser to Playlist section,
and arrange desired track order. On the bottom is MP3
Player with strandard buttons and slides. You can right-click
on the Browser/Playlist to open a pop-up menu. Also,
you can use the shortcut keys.
